Event
Explanation
- The plan runs on UTC, the race clock. Times on screen follow your UTC/Local setting.
- Expected laps: race length divided by the Standard lap time, less the time spent in the pits.
- Dry tires count individual tires, including the grid set. Wet tires are free and never count.
Pit stop details
Explanation
- Class defaults: GT3 and GTE 35 mm front, 31 mm rear (measured, TinyPedal's LMU table); Hypercar, LMP2 and LMP3 25 mm (TinyPedal's guess, not measured).
- LMU does not publish the failure thickness. Set it here when a car fails at a different one.
- The brake change is planned at least 0.3 mm over this line, for the spread between discs.

Tire wear
Explanation
- Laps a stint is whichever runs out first: fuel or virtual energy (VE).
- Garage fuel ratio = fuel per lap ÷ energy per lap. Set it in the garage so a full energy load carries the right fuel.
- Each stint's energy is its laps × energy per lap, measured line to line, plus the Margin set in Event (none when blank), capped at 100% (marked *). Fuel follows the energy load through the ratio, capped at the tank.
- Wet stints use the Wet row; an empty row falls back to Standard. Wet tires are free and never count toward the dry allocation.
- Tire wear is the tire life used per lap. The companion measures it when it is running.
- Track temperature: during a race, each stint still to run uses the tire wear for the track temperature expected over it (the forecast's estimate, else the track temperature now), against the temperature the rates came from. Stints already run keep their measured rates. The change per degree comes from logged laps of this car at this track, else of its class, else a default. Fuel changes only when logged laps show it. Turn it off in Pit stop details.

Add a driver, then send the invite link from the Account column.
Explanation
A new driver shows as Invited and is ready for planning right away: stints, availability and colors. The link opens a page to sign in with Discord and accept. The row then links to that account, keeps everything planned for it, and uses the driver’s own Saved data and paired companion. Each link works once and expires after 30 days. Revoke invite stops every open link for that driver.
Add team members one at a time, or use the whole team as the roster.
Explanation
Team members arrive already linked to their accounts, with no invite: joining the team was their OK. Each driver’s own measured fuel, energy, tire and lap numbers are ready for their stints.
Pick a race to copy the drivers from.
Explanation
Names, colors, time zones, lap times and stint limits come across. Account links do not, so each driver arrives Invited: copy an invite link for each.
| Name | Time zone | Lap time | Max in a row | Account |

Availability
Click the hours each driver can drive. Each click cycles available, maybe, out. Times are each driver’s own local time.
✓ Available? Maybe✕ Out
Explanation
- Maybe hours can still be picked. Assign drivers uses fully available drivers first, and a maybe driver when nobody else can cover.
- Shift+click a second cell to fill the range, or use All day on a day’s row.
- Availability is set by the hour, so it survives a change to the stint plan. A stint counts as covered only if the driver is free for every hour it touches.
- Shaded cells are night (midnight to 6 AM) for that driver.
